Intel Mini Scientist
Fourth, fifth and sixth classes have entered the Intel Mini-Scientist Competition. Children explore science through project based learning and present it in an exhibition. Our exhibition was held in each classroom during Science Week on November 12th. Children work on their projects as individuals or in groups of up to four people. They came up with their own scientific investigation. Each group had their own project presented in a project book and visual display which the judges question them about. The judges viewed all the amazing projects and were very impressed. First, second and third were selected in each class. An overall winner was also selected and will represent us in the Final in Blanchardstown on Friday December 6th.
