During this time it's really important we all stay healthy, keep exercising and practising mindfulness. Below are some good links you could use to keep fit and meditate. I'd love everyone in our class to send me photographs of themselves playing sports or doing other exercise. Share challenges with us - how many roll lifts in 30 seconds, how many baskets in one minute. I'd love if you send me screenshots of any runs you do - no matter how short. I'll include my runs to get you started! Keep sending them all to me and I'll fill this page with all our great exercise.
